At Hope DAC & ECCO, we provide community-based day services Monday through Friday at both our Tracy and Tyler locations.
Each day includes a balance of personalized, one-on-one activities tailored to each individual’s support plan, along with engaging group experiences that encourage social connection, learning, and fun.
From hands-on projects to laughter-filled gatherings, every moment is designed to support growth, confidence, and joy.

Review service eligibility - typically determined through county case management and individual support plans. We can be the conduit to connect the family with a county case manager. The case manager makes determinations as to the appropriateness of our program for the potential service recipient. We work with the case manager and family to assess the service recipient’s strengths and areas needing improvement. Services are provided in coordination with the service recipient's preferences.
